Installation of TaxWise 17.0 fails
 
When installing TaxWise 2002, the progress bar reaches 100%, but then this error message comes up:

TaxWise Installation Failed!
Error Code: -2147024891
Message Text: Access is denied
 

Answer
Run \UTS02\TWTECH\SETUP.EXE from the drive on which you installed TaxWise. This should complete the installation.

If SETUP.EXE fails, make sure Adobe Acrobat is installed and functional.
