Volunteers are trained to prepare basic 2002 Forms 1040-EZ, 1040A or 1040 with Sch. A, B and California State Income Tax returns only!  Please bring all pertinent income tax information including; Forms W-2, 1099, Social Security Cards for dependents, etc.  Also, bring your 2002 booklets received in the mail and your 2001 tax return, if available.
